OiliCraft : A story, A vision

Hey there Crafters 🌿


I’m Lulu, a 28 years old creative spirit with a passion for all things natural and handmade.


I created OiliCraft from scratch, mentally supported by my small community that stood by me throughout. From the concept to the website, passing by the elaboration of each combination of recipes, I poured my heart into this project and Crafted it all. It became part of my own healing journey.

I believe in the power of doing it ourselves. In a world that often pushes us to disconnect to our feelings or critical thinking for performance purposes, DIY is for me a way to reclaim control over my life, over what I buy and use. It allows me to be more mindful.

The Journey of OiliCraft all started in my tiny 20m² studio tucked away in the old town of Barcelona, where I began experimenting with homemade treatments and sharing my methods with friends who were curious about my little rituals.

I grew up in a health-oriented family and surrounded by nature’s quiet wisdom. Each member of my family inspired me in their own way and influenced my interests in medicine, natural beauty, agriculture, and also technology. This environment nurtured my curiosity for these diverse subjects, and these fascinations led me to study architecture, where I specialized in bioclimatic, algorithmic and systemic design to create spaces in harmony with nature and each individual's caracteristics. Later, I became a business analyst, learning how to analyze client needs and optimize processes. I’m a naturally curious person and love learning new various things! But no matter what path I took, I always found myself returning to holistic wellness, knowing that everything thats surrounds us is connected and we are part of this ecosystem. This, led me to study phytotherapy and naturopathy, the art of healing with plants and using natural remedies. And that's how OiliCraft was born.

OiliCraft isn’t just a passion project. It’s personal. I started crafting my own products because I truly needed them. I’ve faced hormonal imbalances (especially high testosterone levels), sensitive, atopic skin prone to dryness and pimples, and a complicated hair type that’s wavy, dry, and thin all at once. On top of that, I’ve dealt with recurring emotions like anxiety, depression, and a deep struggle with self-confidence.

Instead of relying on products that didn’t work or irritated my body even more, I decided to create my own solutions. By blending the power of plants, natural oils, and holistic practices, I found a way to support not just my physical health but also my emotional well-being.
